Dysart Road Project number 61909

Dysart Road was identified as a “Road of Regional Significance” back in the 
1999 Maricopa Associations of Governments (MAG) study and currently has 
one lane in each direction between Northern and Peoria Avenues. The City 
proposes to widen this corridor 
to two 12 foot through lanes, a 
14 foot median, bike lanes and 
curb and gutter. This project 
will include the design, land 
acquisition and construction. 
The total project cost estimate 
was originally $11.1 million 
but has now increased to
