REQUEST : conational use permit for and Outdoor air market
Proposed use: Establish an outdoor air market retail and food vendors for the community and
surrounding areas. Only allowing New retail items no use items, healthy organic and regular
vegetables and fruits for Families to enjoy an outdoor atmosphere.
PROJECT NARRATIVE INTRODUTION
Westvalley Marketplace LLC is marketing outdoor vendors to establish outdoor market for 40 to
60 vendors. All new items none use items allowed. Will have live music, children activities also
providing seating area for food.
SITE DESCRIPTION:
Providing spaces for about sixty vendors, each vendor must provide a tent. Tents need to be in
good conditions and represent able, vendors will be at east of Property. The land that will be
use is 281 by 170.Land consists of gravel and dirt. Each vendor will occupy the size of each
parking space 10 by 20.
Operations/traffic impact statement
Property has plenty of parking for vendors and customers. Days of operation will be Friday-
Saturday and Sundays and some holidays. Winters October thru April - 8am to 7pm May thru
summers months September-6am to 12pm noon.
Preliminary Water, sewer report
Will provide portal potties and garbage cans.
