I am writing to you regarding the BNSF RR proposed to go in in Wittman. (I did write Debbie Lesko all ready as well,,,) My understanding is, she is one of several who will be voting on this in August. I am vehemently opposed to this. It will no doubt cause more pollution, noise, and definitely more traffic. It will negatively affect the cities of Surprise, Sun City and Peoria. We ALL READY have more traffic than we know what to do with. I really feel for the residents of Wittman, as well. I can only imagine having a ranch next to this industry. My hope is that Debbie Lesko will vote no on this. It would be in all our best interest, so far as I"m concerned. Thank you for reading this, Scott. Sincerely, Lynne Plaxton/ Surprise resident
