Saw cut and remove curb, estimated 65 LF
Remove existing concrete hose pad
Grade, prep and pour 10” depth concrete steel reinforced pad 65’x55’x10”
Haul off all removals and construction debris
$50,000.00
Install 1-1/2” copper water line with 2 water spigots $8,000.00
Install 1-1/2” electrical conduit from new sub panel to new structure
1- 20 Amps lighting circuit
2- 20 Amps outlet circuits to supply 6 power points $12,000.00
Total $70,000.00

exclusions and provisions have been signed by both parties.
