Cost/Pricing per Vehicle Registered
¢ Manager’s Special Wash Package
e First Responder (Police) Vehicles: $18.75 per month per vehicle
¢ This pricing is good for one year beginning on July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.

Wash Agreement Conditions

e Allincluded vehicles must be registered and have an authorized RFID tag to go through the wash.

¢ All RFID tags are to be affixed to the associated vehicle windshield; no loose tags will be permitted.

0 All vehicles on the City of El Mirage Authorized Vehicle list will need to go to the wash, park and let
the attendants they are there to get an RFID tag.

0 The attendant will provide a tag and show the person driving the vehicle how to install it.

© Once the RFID is installed, they can go through the wash during all open hours and the tag will let
them in for the prescribed wash.

e Any subsequent vehicles added to the City of El Mirage Authorized Vehicle list will need to follow the above
process for obtaining an RFID tag on their first visit to the wash.

¢ Each vehicle registered is billed the monthly price regardless of wash usage until such vehicle is removed
from the City of El Mirage Authorized Vehicle list. This must be done in writing via email to:
Accountingdepartment@3drb.com. Cancellations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the next
billing date/first of the month. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.

e Vehicles cannot be added until the vehicle information is added to and provided via the City of El Mirage
Authorized Vehicle list.

° Billing will be based on a monthly calendar basis and any vehicle on the City of El Mirage Authorized Vehicle
list the first (1*) day of the current month will be billed for that month. Any vehicles added during the
current month will also be billed during the month they are added.

¢ The City of El Mirage will be billed by invoice every month for the number of cars you have in the program
from our Corp office.

¢ This agreement can be cancelled by either party at any time. If cancelled after the beginning of a calendar
month then the City of El Mirage will pay Fast and Friendly Express Car Wash for the number of vehicles on
the City of El Mirage Authorized Vehicle list the first (1°) day of the month the contract is cancelled.
