Programming Room Expansion
Mr. Gastelum:
As discussed on August 23, 2021, here within is our supplemental services request for changes
made at the request of the City of El Mirage, that are beyond our original scope.
Scope/Deliverables:
Construction documents for fast-track revision in order to stay ahead of construction sequencing
so as not to incur delays or additional demo costs, consisting of modified At-Risk grading and
drainage plan, foundation package, structural frame package, and interior build out. Project
consists of 1140 SF Programming room expansion, inclusive of restroom, separate entry with
flexibility to adjoin existing programming room and outdoor patio. Project will entail modification
to the existing programing space construction documents in order to accommodate expansion.
Order of Magnitude Cost to be included.
Proposed Fee:
We are requesting supplemental services on an Hourly Not-To-Exceed sum fee in the amount of
$56,000.00 (Fifty-Six Thousand dollars), billed at our standard hourly rates.
Authorization and Acknowledgement:
If the services and fee described are acceptable, please sign and return a copy as an amendment
to our original contract. Dated October 6, 2020.
