ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Alexis Hermosillo; Councilmember Roy Delgado; Vice Mayor Monica Dorcey;
Councilmember Anita Norton; Councilmember David Shapera; Councilmember Donna
Winston 
Absent: Commissioner Mike Hutchinson(excused)

CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order at 9:34am.

WORK SESSION PRESENTATION
 
1.
A Council Work Session with a presentation by the City's design consultants and appropriate staff
to discuss the proposed 20-Year Master Plan for City Facilities and City maintained
parks. (Development Services)
Adam Hawkins and Jeff Velasquez with J2 and Larry Smith, Hans Papke and Meghan Duffy with
DLR Group presented information to Council on the process of gathering ideas for the city's
facilities master plan.  They will be working with staff to incoporate Council's ideas on the future
needs and requests for facility space and plan on presenting the final plan at the end of 2021.
Leslie Dornfeld with PLAN*et presented information and noted Council's input regarding park
spaces and how to enhance them for future use.  They will be conducting a resident survey to
gather information and suggestions from residents regarding how often they visit city parks, what
they do when they visit them and what they would like to have available in the future.

ADJOURNMENT - The meeting was adjourned at 12:34pm.
