ORDINANCE 021-10-11 
 
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY 
OF EL MIRAGE, ARIZONA, ADOPTING THE 2022 CALENDAR 
FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL FIXING 
THE DATES, TIMES AND LOCATION OF SUCH MEETINGS 
 
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the City of El Mirage as 
follows: 
Section 1. The regular meetings of the Common Council of the City of El Mirage shall be 
held at 6:00 p.m. on the following dates, unless otherwise properly noticed: 
 
January 4, 2022   
June 21, 2022 
January 20, 2022 - THURSDAY 
July 12, 2022 – SECOND TUESDAY 
February 1, 2022   
July 13, 2022 through  
February 15, 2022  
August 22, 2022 – SUMMER HIATUS 
March 1, 2022   
August 23, 2022 – FOURTH TUESDAY 
March 15, 2022  
September 8, 2022 - THURSDAY 
April 5, 2022 
September 20, 2022  
April 19, 2022  
October 4, 2022 
May 3, 2022 
October 18, 2022 
May 17, 2022 
November 1, 2022   
June 7, 2022 
December 6, 2022  
THURSDAY MEETINGS – PRECEDED BY A MONDAY HOLIDAY 
Council Meetings in July and August are on second and fourth Tuesday respectively 
Council Summer Hiatus – July 13 – August 22, 2022 
League Conference – August 30 – September 2, 2022 
Election Dates – August 2, 2022 (Primary), November 8, 2022 (General) 
 
Section 2. The regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of El Mirage shall be held 
at the El Mirage Council Chambers located at I0000 N. El Mirage Road in El Mirage Arizona, unless 
otherwise changed to another location by the Mayor giving not less than seventy-two hours  
notification of  the  change of  location  to the  public  by  posting  notice of  change in the locations 
where the agenda is posted  and  providing  personal  notice  of  the  change  to  all other Council 
members not less than twenty-four hours before the beginning of the meeting.
