This notice from Del Monte Estates IWDD No. 83serves as a formal request to cancel the 
election of Trustees(s) that is to be held on November 19, 2025.  In accordance with A.R.S. 16-
410(A), the District seeks approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the 
election cancelled and appoint Katherine O’Connor, Frank Malefors, and Judy Barrette, who 
are duly qualified for the office of Trustee to which he or she has been serving previously. The 
term they will serve as Trustee(s) will be from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027.
