Maricopa County by and through its Air Quality Department (“County”) and the Arizona Propane Gas 
Association (“Association”) entered into an Agreement to provide matching funds in the amount of $7,500 
for the Propane Fire Pit Program.  
Effective upon signature, the Agreement referenced above is hereby amended as follows: 
Pursuant to the Agreement Terms, amend the following: 
5., Amount of Agreement: APGA to provide a lump sum fund in the amount of $7,500 to Maricopa County 
for use as matching funds under the Maricopa County Propane Fire Pit Program. 
12., Agreement Term: The initial term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and end no 
later than April 1, 2026.

Amended Scope of Work, Timeline and Milestones 
The program start date will be on or about November 2025 and will be limited to the first 400 participants.  It 
is anticipated the APGA funding of $7,500 for the program will be exhausted by the end of March 31, 2026. 
The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes to the Agreement. All other terms and conditions of the 
original Agreement as amended and approved remain in full force and effect and as agreed to by the Parties. 
The Amendment shall be effective upon approval and signature by the Parties.
