AT A GLANCE
On July 16, 2024, the Travel
Reduction Program (TRP)
Regional Task Force (Task
Force) approved the TRP
Equivalent Emissions Reduction
(EER) Handbook. The handbook
provides employers with
guidance and instructions on
reporting processes and
resources to assist them in
obtaining EER credits to help
meet their program goals.
On November 19, 2024,
the TRP Telework Plan was
revised and approved to
better reflect current work-
place practices and provide
employers with flexible options
to support remote work.
The updated plan clarifies
employer responsibilities and
requirements to implement
this plan in lieu of the
standard plan format.
On December 10, 2024, the
TRP Contact Agreement was
finalized and approved. The
agreement confirms each
employer’s designated TRP
representative and outlines
their responsibilities in
coordinating program
requirements, ensuring
compliance, and serving as
the primary liaison between
the employer and TRP.
