PROCLAMATION
SHARON ANTES DAY - FEBRUARY 19, 2025
WHEREAS, City Clerk Sharon Antes has faithfully served the City of El Mirage
for an impressive 21 years, demonstrating unwavering dedication, professionalism, and
excellence in her duties; and
WHEREAS, during her tenure, Sharon Antes has played an integral role in ensuring
transparent, efficient, and effective municipal operations, maintaining meticulous records,
facilitating public access to important documents, and supporting the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Sharon Antes has been a dependable and valued member of the city
administration, earning the respect and admiration of her colleagues, city officials, and the
community through her commitment, integrity, and exceptional service; and
WHEREAS, through her leadership and guidance, Sharon Antes has significantly
contributed to the growth, development, and success of the City of El Mirage, leaving an
enduring legacy that will be remembered for years to come; and
WHEREAS, the City of El Mirage wishes to express its deepest gratitude and
appreciation to Sharon Antes for her outstanding service, dedication, and contributions to
the city and its residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Alexis Hermosillo, Mayor of the City of El Mirage, on
behalf of the City Council and the citizens of El Mirage, do hereby proclaim our
heartfelt thanks to Sharon Antes for her 21 years of exemplary service as City Clerk
and extend our best wishes for her future endeavors.
