CALL TO ORDER - meeting called to order at 3:30 pm.

WORK SESSION PRESENTATION
 
1.
Workshop to provide background and an overview of implementing, operating, and using
development impact fees (DIFs).
Deputy City Manager Robert Nilles introduced the Development Impact Fees item to Mayor
and Council as well as introduced Mr. Carson Bise, II, President of TischlerBise. Mr. Bise gave
a presentation on the background on development impact fees and the impact for the City of El
Mirage. He discussed legal methodology, offsets, fee methodologies and considerations,
previous El Mirage fees and the current El Mirage situation.
