In particular, we understand the Foreign Trade Zone Subzone designation and resulting tax implications in reclassifying for property tax purposes. MGC Pure Chemicals America, Inc. real and personal property located at the site referenced above is requesting to be eligible to receive the Class 6 assessment ratio of 5% in correspondence with the creation of their Foreign Trade Zone Subzone. Maricopa County expresses “no-objection” to the FTZ designation and proposed property tax reclassification contemplated herein.
