The Public Works and Parks and Recreation Departments are requesting to extend services with the current landscape contractor, Brightview Landscape Services through September 30, 2025. The departments are currently engaged in the evaluation and preparation of a new contract for landscape maintenance services that should take effect, pending City Council approval, around October 1, 2025. Because a new contract is not in place at this time, the departments are requesting approval to continue with the current contractor. The services provided by the contractor are all budgeted and covered in the FY26 budget.
