ORDINANCE O25-10-09 AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL MIRAGE, ARIZONA, ADOPTING THE 2026 CALENDAR FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL, FIXING THE DATES, TIMES, AND LOCATION OF SUCH MEETINGS IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City of El Mirage Mayor and Council as follows: SECTION 1. The regular meetings of the Common Council of the City of El Mirage shall be held at 6:00 p.m. on the following dates, unless otherwise properly noticed: January 6, 2026 *January 21, 2026 (Wednesday) February 3, 2026 *February 18, 2026 (Wednesday) March 3, 2026 March 17, 2026 April 7, 2026 April 21, 2026 May 5, 2026 May 19, 2026 June 2, 2026 June 16, 2026 July 7, 2026 **Summer Hiatus **Summer Hiatus ***August 17, 2026 (Monday) September 1, 2026 September 15, 2026 October 6, 2026 October 20, 2026 November 3, 2026 No Second Meeting in November December 1, 2026 No Second Meeting in December *For MONDAY HOLIDAYS, MEETINGS MOVED TO WEDNESDAY **Council Summer Hiatus – July 8 – August 14, 2026 ***League Conference – August 18 – 21, 2026 SECTION 2. The regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of El Mirage shall be held either virtually and/or in person at the El Mirage Council Chambers located at 10000 N. El Mirage Road in El Mirage Arizona, unless otherwise changed to another location by the Mayor giving not less than seventy-two hours notification of the change of location to the public by posting notice of change in the locations where the agenda is posted and providing personal notice of the change to all other councilmembers not less than twenty-four hours before the beginning of the meeting.
