This memo serves to confirm that regeneration services for ArsenXnp, an arsenic removal 
media, are a sole source service provided exclusively by Ecolab. 
No other company, offers a similar or competing regeneration service that is NSF/ANSI 61 
certified. This service must be purchased directly from Ecolab. There are no authorized agents, 
dealers, or third parties permitted to represent or duplicate this certified regeneration service. 
To our knowledge, no other certified regeneration service is available for purchase that meets the 
same specifications or regulatory requirements.
