Fall 2025 – CDBG Grant Proposal 
ADA, Stormwater, and Roadway Improvements - Original Town Site 
ADA ramp upgrades (includes curb, gutter, and re-grade).  6 locations.  
Stormwater improvements – includes curb, gutter, re-grade, and scupper. 
Mill and overlay roadway surface – includes 2” mill and overlay, recompact and repair of subgrade. 
*Total budgetary estimate for all pavement work - $550,000
