The Tolleson Police Department currently houses the El Mirage Police Department's Motorola Flex (Spillman) Records Management System on their server. In order to contribute El Mirage Police Department data to the Peregrine platform, the El Mirage Police Department gives permission to the Tolleson Police Department to provide Peregrine Technologies access to our data through the Flex system.
