We do not have an IGA since the funding is through legislated data sharing . All agencies who are part of this legislation are following the same process. The data sharing agreement is covered in several places: 1. ADOA agreement to accept the funds with specific project requirements 2. Contract with Peregrine which meets all said requirements in the ADOA agreement 3. MOU for data sharing via Peregrine to all other agencies that have also signed the MOU. It’s structured as a one-to-many agreement rather than one-to-one agreements with each individual agency. Our goal was to ensure that this approach not only supports inter-agency cooperation but also aligns with our procurement requirements. Additionally, we wanted to confirm that the procurement process followed by the other party is comparable to ours to maintain compliance and consistency.
