Terms & Conditions
This is a quotation on the goods named, subject to the following conditions: 
i) All prices in USD and excluding sales tax 
ii) Payment per year up-front 
iii) Recurring annually until cancellation 
iv) Cloud data storage in our SSAE16 (SOC 1 & SOC 2) compliant data center 
v) This Additional Services Addendum ("Addendum") is supplemental to the Master PageFreezer Subscription Agreement 
("Agreement") signed between PageFreezer and City of EL Mirage, AZ on April 2, 2019.
vi) In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this  Addendum and the Agreement, the terms and conditions 
of this Addendum shall supersede and control, unless the Agreement specifically identifies the provision(s) of the Addendum to 
be amended, in which case such amended terms shall apply. 
vii) Quote valid until January 4th 2021.
