Councilmember Anita Norton; Commissioner Mike Hutchinson (via phone); Councilmember
David Shapera; Councilmember Donna Winston

CALL TO ORDER - Meeting called to order at 5:00 pm.

WORK SESSION PRESENTATION
 
1.
Review of the FY23-27 Capital Improvements Plan.  (Administration)
City Manager Dyches presented information on preliminary costs and timelines for City facility
and park improvements.  The facilities discussed were the Customer Service building, Court
building, Senior Center building, Public Works Administration building, new Fire Station
building with additional staff and Gentry Park.  Council provided direction to staff on capital
improvement project priorities.
