ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Alexis Hermosillo; Vice Mayor Monica Dorcey (via phone); Councilmember Roy
Delgado; Councilmember Anita Norton; Commissioner Mike Hutchinson; Councilmember
David Shapera; Councilmember Donna Winston

CALL TO ORDER - The work Session was called to order at 5:00 pm.

WORK SESSION PRESENTATION
 
1.
Presentation of Fire Department Study Conducted by the Center for Public Safety Management.
(Fire)
Fire Chief Michael Long introduced Joseph Pozzo and James Mauney with the Center for
Public Safety Management, LLC, who created an analysis of the El Mirage Fire Department's
abilities to provide service currently and meet future needs.  Mr. Pozzo detailed the scope of the
analysis, their findings and recommendations.

ADJOURNMENT - The work session was adjourned at 6:00 pm.
