El Mirage Road El Mirage, AZ 85335 RE: Dysart Road and Peoria Avenue Retention Basin Design Dear Mr. Christo, As requested, we have prepared the following scope and fee proposal to complete the final design of a new retention basin and connecting pipes per the results of the Dysart Rd-Peoria Ave Drainage Study completed December 2021. This work will be comprised of the following: • Construction of a new 100’x1050’ retention basin located south of Peoria Avenue and east of Dysart Road. • Construction of two new 24” pipes to convey water from north of Peoria Avenue to the basin. • Addition of 3 drywells in the basin. • Landscaping for the basin will consist of decomposed granite only. • The topographic survey will be amended to pick up any specific structures/items. • The drainage memo will be updated as needed for the specific 24” pipe(s) design. • All quantities and costs will be prepared with each plan submittal. Plans will be submitted to the City per the following: • 60% plans will be provided for the proposed improvements. • 100% Plans will be provided incorporating the City’s comments and will be sealed. The following assumptions have been made in association with this modified scope of work: • This project will be integrated into the Dysart Road: Northern Parkway to Peoria Final design project. • No utilities will require relocation. • Geotechnical studies/reports will not be required. • No new water or sewer facilities will be provided. • Fencing for the site is not included. 1130 N.
