R-22-04-27 Fee Adoption

RESOLUTION R22-04-07
A RESOLUTIONOFTHEMAYORANDCOMMONCOUNCILOFTHECITY 
OFELMIRAGE,ARIZONASETTINGFEESANDSERVICECHARGES.
WHEREAS, the City of El Mirage has reviewed and updated its fees and charges; and
WHEREAS, the written report of the updated fees and charges has been properly posted for 
the required period in accordance with ARS Section 9-499.15; and
  WHEREAS, the written report of the updated fees and charges has been properly posted for 
the required period in accordance with ARS Section 9-511.01;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City 
of El Mirage that:
Section1.
The Fees and Service Charges, attached hereto as Exhibit “A,” is hereby adopted. 
Section 2. The adopted fees will become effective July 1, 2022.
Section 3. Recharge water rates identified in Table 3 of recharge rate analysis are hereby 
adopted for fiscal years 22-26.
