The fees set forth in this Service Order are exclusive of all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities and Customer shall be responsible for payment of any such applicable taxes, levies, or duties. The Effective Date (as defined in the terms and conditions) shall be the date set forth below. Cancellation: This agreement is subject to cancellation pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-511.
