An Open License cannot be used to transfer either the SA Benefit details or MSDN subscribers. d. The date of the earliest expiring Enrollment/Agreement that contains SA or Online Services will be the effective date of the new contract (or SA coverage period for Select Plus). e. Please insert the number of the earliest expiring Enrollment/Agreement with SA or Online Services in the appropriate fields of the new contract.
