ORDINANCE 022-09-06 
 
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
EL MIRAGE, ARIZONA, ADOPTING THE 2023 CALENDAR FOR 
REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL FIXING THE 
DATES, TIMES, AND LOCATION OF SUCH MEETINGS 
 
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the City of El Mirage as 
follows: 
Section 1. The regular meetings of the Common Council of the City of El Mirage shall be 
held at 6:00 p.m. on the following dates, unless otherwise properly noticed: 
 
January 4, 2023 - WEDNESDAY   
June 20, 2023 
January 18, 2023 - WEDNESDAY 
July 11, 2023 – SECOND TUESDAY 
February 7, 2023   
July 12, 2023 through  
February 22, 2023 - WEDNESDAY 
August 21, 2023 – SUMMER HIATUS 
March 7, 2023   
August 22, 2023  
March 21, 2023  
September 6, 2023 - WEDNESDAY 
April 4, 2023 
September 19, 2023  
April 1 8 , 2023  
October 3, 2023 
May 2, 2023 
October 17, 2023 
May 16, 2023

WEDNESDAY MEETINGS – PRECEDED BY A MONDAY HOLIDAY 
Council Meetings in July and August are on second and fourth Tuesday respectively 
Council Summer Hiatus – July 12 – August 21, 2023 
League Conference – August 29 – September 1, 2023 
 
Section 2. The regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of El Mirage shall be held 
either virtually and/or in person at the El Mirage Council Chambers located at 10000 N. El Mirage 
Road in El Mirage Arizona, unless otherwise changed to another location by the Mayor giving not 
less than seventy-two hours  notification of  the  change of  location  to the  public  by  posting  notice 
of  change in the locations where the agenda is posted  and  providing  personal  notice  of  the  change  
to  all other Council members not less than twenty-four hours before the beginning of the meeting.
