a ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL OF CONTRACT EXTENSION LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING This is to authorize administrative approval of a contract extension between the City of EI Mirage (City), and BizConnectPro, a service of Expansion Dynamics International, LLC (Consultant). The City of El Mirage entered into an agreement with Expansion Dynamics International, LLC, beginning October 14, 2017, and ending October 13, 2020, to provide web-based business license fulfillment system services. The Agreement provides for contract extensions approved by the City Manager and the Consultant in accordance with Section 3. I. Term and Extensions, of the Agreement. The City desires to exercise the option administratively extend the agreement for a one (1 )-year period, extending the Agreement until October 13, 2023. All other terms, conditions and provision of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and apply during the extension period unless otherwise amended.
