Completion Date 06/30/2023 Department Development Services Type Capital Improvement Project Number 62336 Description During larger rainfall events, portions of the Dysart Ranchettes experience ~ooding, speci}cally in areas around the intersection of Desert Cove Road and 125th Avenue. The City had a drainage analysis performed in this area and provided several alternatives to alleviate some of the ~ooding including the installation of catch basins, storm drains and/or retention basins. The 2021 National Community Survey found that 68% of El Mirage residents rate its stormwater management services favorably, and 91% of residents feel it is important to focus on utility infrastructure in the next 2 years.
