RESOLUTION R22-12-28 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL 
MIRAGE, ARIZONA AMENDING THE EMPLOYEE POLICY MANUAL.  
 
             WHEREAS, the City of El Mirage would like to amend the Employee Policy Manual; and  
 
            WHEREAS, the Employee Policy Manual was amended and adopted on September 21,  
            2021 by Resolution R21-09-23;  
 
            NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of El 
Mirage that the Employee Policy Manual dated September 21, 2021, is amended as follows: 
 
 
COMPENSATION, SECTION 9:  
That the document attached hereto as Exbibit “A” amends the 
section titled COMPENSATORY TIME OFF (CTO) 
(paragraph 7). 
 
HOURS OF WORK, SECTION 3: That the document attached hereto as “Exhibit “A” amends 
the section titled WORK WEEK AND WORK HOURS 
(paragraph 2). 
 
HOURS OF WORK, SECTION 4:  That the document attached hereto as “Exhibit “A” amends 
the section titled COMBINATION OF REGULAR HOURS 
WORKED AND LEAVE TAKEN (paragraphs 2 and 3)
