DBA Construction, Inc. proposes to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials (unless otherwise noted)
to complete these items as listed. We thank you for the opportunity to submit a proposal for the
project referenced.
Clarifications
Our proposal requires further clarification on these points:
1. Access to be provided by for crews and trucks.
2. Traffic control is based on flagging set ups.
3. Final speed cushion location will be approved by El Mirage.
4. All work to be constructed concurrently.
5. Taxes and bonds are included.
6. Variable message boards are not included. If VMB are needed please add $1925.00 for 2-VMB
for a 7-day duration ($275.00 / day).
7. Public notification (door flyers) if necessary, will be passed out by others.
