Project Description This project proposal is based on APS WA685523 El Mirage Street Light APN: 501-33-058 which ads a direct bury street light to the alley between 4th and 5th Avenues on the north side of Well St. This street light gets new service that is directly fed by the pad mount transformer approximately 65’ north within the alley.
