1. The above mentioned contract is hereby amended as follows: 
 
a. In accordance with the Special Terms and Conditions, Section 3.2 Contract Extensions, the 
above referenced contract shall be extended from 7/28/2022 to 7/28/2023.  
 
i. 3 optional extensions remaining of a 5 year contract 
 
b. All Terms, Conditions and Provisions of the contract shall remain unchanged and apply
