ORDINANCE O23-10-11 
 
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL 
MIRAGE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AMENDING THE CITY OF EL 
MIRAGE ZONING MAP FOR 5.02 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED ON OLIVE 
AVENUE AND 121st AVENUE IN THE SOUTHEAST PORTION OF THE 
SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 
WEST, GILA & SALT RIVER BASE & MERIDIAN.  
 
 
WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been properly noticed for public hearing pursuant to the 
requirements of El Mirage Zoning Ordinance and the statutes of the State of Arizona set forth in A.R.S. 
§ 9-462.03, A.R.S. § 9-462.04, and necessary hearings have been completed;  
 
 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of El Mirage, 
Arizona, that: 
 
Section 1.   The certain document titled “City of El Mirage Zoning Map” which document was 
made public record by Resolution R23-10-27 is hereby referred to and adopted as 
fully set out in this Ordinance.   
 
Section 2.   If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this Ordinance in 
any part of this addition adopted here by reference is for any reason held invalid or 
unconstitutional by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such 
decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.   
 
 
Section 3.   The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this adopting ordinance in full.
