| normally don’t send out updates this often, but in an effort to keep all of my customers informed
with all the craziness going on in the automotive industry today, | have a lot of updates to the order
bank I'd like to share with you.

| imagine that most of you are aware of the current automotive strikes, these are going to effect the
number of units that are able to be produced by the end of the year meaning that the already low
dealer inventory is going to get worse. If you need to purchase vehicles before the end of this
calendar year, you need to get that done NOW! If you wait until the end of the year, there is not
likely to be much left.

ORDER BANK OPENING — LIMITED TIME

If you are a Government or Commercial customer planning to order F-150s, Superduty,
Escapes, Econoline Chassis, Medium Duty or Transits - THIS UPDATE IS FOR YOU. These
order banks are open or opening very soon. Please plan ahead - If you do not move quickly, you
will likely miss your opportunity to order for this fiscal year. We have pricing and are happy to
provide budget quotes for whatever you need. The order banks are not likely to stay open very
long.

Below you will find the new order bank scheduling sheet for commercial and government orders.
There are a lot of changes, so please pay attention to those, they have been highlighted for your
convenience.

ORDER VERIFICATION

In an effort to streamline production and focus more on end-user order fulfillment vs. dealer
inventory, Ford has decided to utilize this new process. The great news for customers is that,
though here are allocation limits, it is more likely that your units will be produced in the model year
they were ordered. In previous years, as many of you know, many orders would be canceled or
rolied over to the new model year. Ford is attempting to reduce, if not, eliminate this problem.
While the process is a bit daunting, it is working out well and reducing lead times for many vehicle
lines. However, you must stay on top of order bank dates, because they are opening and closing
very quickly and many times without notice. Again, if you need budget quotes or order quotes,
please reach out to our team ASAP.

Government/Municipal Customers: If you are not already familiar, Ford is requiring Purchase
Order or Signed Quote verification to order several model lines. Those lines are noted below.

Commercial Customer using a Fleet Identification Number: ALL orders require signed
verification. You will also find allocation information below for each model line.
