RESOLUTION NO. R24-03-07 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE 
CITY OF EL MIRAGE AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF THE 
CITY OF EL MIRAGE’S MEMBERSHIP IN THE ARIZONA 
METROPOLITAN TRUST 
 
 
WHEREAS, the City of El Mirage (“El Mirage”) is currently a Participating 
Entity in the Arizona Metropolitan Trust (“the Trust”); and 
 
WHEREAS, the City’s current term of membership as a Participating Entity shall 
expire on June 30, 2024; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Trust’s Board of Trustees (“the Trust Board”) has offered a 
renewal membership to El Mirage commencing July 01, 2024; and 
 
WHEREAS, the City of El Mirage wishes to renew its participation in the Trust 
for a three (3) year Membership Period commencing July 01, 2024 and terminating June 
30, 2027; and 
 
WHEREAS, renewal of the City’s membership in the Trust will serve the interest 
of the City and its employees.  
 
NOW, THEREFORE IT IS RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 
 
 
The El Mirage City Council hereby authorizes the renewal of the City’s 
membership in the Trust for the period commencing July 01, 2024, and terminating June 
30, 2027. 
 
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
