Material Availability and pricing subject to terms to conditions set in place by material suppliers/manufactures. *Traffic Control pricing based on 24hr setup. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs, will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. This proposal may be withdrawn by DCS Contracting if not accepted within thirty days. If work is not started within 60 days of signed contracts prices are subject to adjustment for all items not completed by that date. Applications for payment submitted by the end of the month are due and payable by the 15th of the following month (15 days). If payment is not received within forty-five (45) days after the application for payment has been submitted, DCS Contracting, Inc. has the right to stop work and terminate the contract and recover payment for all work executed to date, including reasonable overhead, profit and damages. Your signature on a copy of this proposal returned to us shall indicate acceptance and this document shall become a contract between us and shall be binding on both parties.
