2060 Digital Agreement Amendment 1

AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CITY OF EL MIRAGE AGREEMENT 
WITH DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES 
CITY OF EL MIRAGE CONTRACT NO. EM23-DMS01 
 
THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 is made and entered into by and between the City of El Mirage, an 
Arizona municipal corporation (City), and 2060 Digital, LLC (Contractor), (City and Contractor 
may individually be referred to as Party and collectively referred to as Parties) effective July 1, 
2024. 
RECITALS 
WHEREAS the Parties entered into an agreement for digital marketing services 
(Agreement); and 
WHEREAS the term of the Agreement is May 8, 2023, through June 7, 2024, with the 
option of up to four one-year extensions; and 
WHEREAS the Parties wish to exercise the option through this Amendment to extend 
the Agreement until June 30, 2025, to align the term to the fiscal year. 
AGREEMENT 
1. The recitals are accurate and are incorporated and made a part of the Agreement by this 
reference.  The Parties agree to amend sections 2.4 and 2.7 to reflect the costs and extend 
the term as follows: 
 
2. Section 2.4 FEE SCHEDULE, RECORDS, AUDIT RIGHTS – the first paragraph shall 
be amended to read as follows: 
a. The fee Consultant shall be paid for all Services provided pursuant to the terms of 
this Contract, inclusive of all expenses under this Contract, shall not exceed 
Twenty-Four thousand ($24,000). 
 
3. Section 2.7 TERM AND EXTENSION is amended to read as follows:   
a. This Contract shall be in full force and effect only when approved and signed by 
the City’s City Manager as attested by the City Clerk.  This contract is renewed 
from June 8, 2024, to June 30, 2025 with an option to extend for three (3) 
additional terms of one year each, or portions thereof.

4. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and 
effect. If a conflict or ambiguity arises between this Amendment No. 1 and the 
Agreement, the terms and conditions in this Amendment No. 1 prevail and control.
