ORDINANCE O24-07-06
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL MIRAGE,
MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AMENDING THE CITY OF EL MIRAGE
ZONING CODE, LAND USE VOLUME 2, AMENDING THE EXISTING CITY OF EL
MIRAGE CITY CODE TITLE XV, CHAPTER 154, ALLOWING THE USE OF A
HELIPORT IN THE URBAN CORRIDOR ZONES WITHIN THE EL MIRAGE CITY
LIMITS. THIS MATTER ALSO APPLIES TO TERRITORY IN A HIGH NOISE OR
ACCIDENT POTENTIAL ZONE AS DEFINED IN SECTION 28-8461.
WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been properly noticed for public hearing pursuant to the
requirements of El Mirage Zoning Ordinance and the statutes of the State of Arizona set forth in A.R.S. §
9-462.03, A.R.S. § 9-462.04, and necessary hearings have been completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of El Mirage,
Arizona, that:
Section 1.  The certain document titled “City Of El Mirage Zoning Code, Land Use Volume 2,
Chapter 154” which document was made public record by Resolution R24-07-18 is
hereby referred to and adopted as fully set out in this Ordinance.
Section 2.  If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this Ordinance in any
part of this addition adopted here by reference is for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision
shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.
Section 3.  The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this adopting ordinance in full.
