ORDINANCE O24-09-08
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL MIRAGE,
ARIZONA, ADOPTING THE 2025 CALENDAR FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE
COMMON COUNCIL FIXING THE DATES, TIMES, AND LOCATION OF SUCH
MEETINGS
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City of El Mirage Mayor and Council as follows:
Section 1. The regular meetings of the Common Council of the City of El Mirage shall be held at 6:00 p.m.
on the following dates, unless otherwise properly noticed:
January 7, 2025
June 17, 2025
January 22, 2025 - WEDNESDAY
July 1, 2025
February 4, 2025
July 2, 2025 through
February 19, 2025 - WEDNESDAY
August 18, 2025 – SUMMER HIATUS
March 4, 2025
August 19, 2025
March 1 8 , 2025
September 3, 2025 - WEDNESDAY
April 1, 2025
September 16, 2025
April 15, 2025

Section 2. The regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of El Mirage shall be held either virtually and/or
in person at the El Mirage Council Chambers located at 10000 N. El Mirage Road in El Mirage Arizona, unless otherwise
changed to another location by the Mayor giving not less than seventy-two hours  notification of  the  change of  location
to the  public  by  posting  notice of  change in the locations where the agenda is posted  and  providing  personal  notice  of
the  change  to  all other Council members not less than twenty-four hours before the beginning of the meeting.
