The wastewater division is planning to complete replacements to system assets at the WRF in 
FY25 as part of CIP 62079.  The attached quotation from JCH is a baseline price for one unit.  
The division plans to purchase up to three of these units.  Calculations for the estimated total cost 
based on the quotation from JCH are below:
