Thank you for allowing Luke AFB to make comments on SP24-08-01 Black Rock Coffee
Application.
As described in the application, this request will not have a negative impact on Luke AFB
Flight Operations. Since the site will be located inside the “territory in the vicinity of a
military airport,” it will be subjected to approximately 165 over flights per day.
