Data Sharing Agreement 
This Data Sharing Agreement entered into by and between, ADOT and 
(TraCS ADOT Hosted Agency) for the sharing of Master Index information.

Objectives

Business Purpose – Master Index Sharing allows agencies to share their Master Index records
which can be used by other hosted agencies to obtain a history, view flags, and apply that
information into a form (eliminating manual entry).
The Requester requires the authorization from the Data Owner to enable Master Index Sharing of their 
data, of which, ADOT is the custodian of that data.

1.2. 
Requester requires the Data for the following business purpose(s), and agrees to the use
of the Data solely for that/those purpose(s).

The Data Owner has agreed to provide the Data listed under 1.1, for the purpose stated under 1.2., and 
allows the Requester to share their Master Index with the following restrictions from the Data Owner:

3.1. 
The Requester agrees to only use the Data for the business purposes stated in Section 1 
and will specifically observe the following additional restrictions stated in section 2 by the 
data owner on the use of the Data. Additionally, has reviewed and agrees with Annex 
A. 
3.2. 
The Data owner has reviewed and approves the use of data being requested under 
section 1 by the Requestor.  Additionally, has reviewed and agrees with Annex A. 
3.3. 
This Data sharing agreement is valid until terminated by the Data Owner.
