ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Alexis Hermosillo; Vice Mayor Monica Dorcey; Councilmember Anita Norton;
Councilmember Donna Winston; Councilmember Elect Ryan Eldridge; Councilmember Elect
Scottie Gentry; Councilmember Elect Jacque Parsons 
Absent: Councilmember Roy Delgado; Councilmember Bob Jones; Councilmember David Shapera

CALL TO ORDER - meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
 
1.
Consideration and action to adjourn into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.1. and
A.2. for scheduled interviews of the City Clerk position applicants. (Administration)
  
 
 
Vice Mayor Dorcey moved to adjourn into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.1.
and A.2. for scheduled interviews of the City Clerk position applicant; seconded by Councilmember
Norton. 
 
Vote: 4 - 0 Passed - Unanimously
 
4.
REGULAR AGENDA
 
1.
Consideration and action to return to Regular Session to provide direction from discussions and
interviews in Executive Session.  (Administration)
  
 
 
Vice Mayor Dorcey moved to return to Regular Session and directed Human Resources Director
Dawn Kurek to move forward with contacting three finalists chosen and scheduling second
interviews on November 20, 2024; seconded by Councilmember Winston. 
 
Vote: 4 - 0 Passed - Unanimously

ADJOURNMENT - meeting adjourned at 6:14 p.m.
