EXECUTIVE SESSION

Consideration and action to adjourn into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.1. and
A.2. for scheduled second interviews of the City Clerk position applicants. (Administration)
  
 
 
Vice Mayor Dorcey move to adjourn into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.1. and
A.2. for scheduled second interviews of the City Clerk position applicants; seconded by
Councilmember Winston. 
 
Vote: 5 - 0 Passed - Unanimously

REGULAR AGENDA
 
1.
Consideration and action to return to Regular Session to provide direction from discussions and
interviews in Executive Session.  (Administration)
  
 
 
Vice Mayor Dorcey moved to return to Regular Session and direct the Human Resources Director to
make a conditional offer to the candidate-of-choice as concurred in Executive Session, identify the
second candidate if needed, and establish the dollar amount to offer; seconded by Councilor Winston. 
 
Vote: 4 - 0 Passed - Unanimously
 
Other: Councilmember David Shapera (ABSENT)
