NARRATIVE 1. The landscaping installation in the city’s right-of-way and tracts shall be included with the infrastructure necessary to serve the lots. LANDSCAPE PLANS 2. Add the following notes to the landscape plan sheet 1: : Continue on the next page. 2 ARS 28-8481 MILITARY LAND USE COMPATIBILITY 3. The site is located within the Luke Air Force Base Noise Contours Zone and Military Territory area and is subject to ARS 28-8481 land use compatibility regulations.
