AMENDMENT No. 1 To MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING Between BANNER UNIVERSITY HEALTH PLANS & MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, Maricopa County (“County”) and Banner University Health Plans (“BHP”) (“Contractor”) have entered into an Agreement for the purpose of establishing collaborative protocol for effective communication, coordination, and continuity of care for individuals eligible for services provided by Banner University Health Plans who are also served by Correctional Health Services executed November 7, 2024 (“Agreement”). WHEREAS, County and Contractor have agreed to renew this Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree to the following provision: The Agreement shall be renewed for a two-year term from November 7, 2025, and ending November 7, 2027.
