A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, APPROVING
AND
AUTHORIZING
SUBMISSION
OF
THE
CITY
OF
GLENDALE’S COMMUNITY HOUSING 2021-2025 CAPITAL
FUND PROGRAM FIVE-YEAR ACTION PLAN TO THE U.S.
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby approves the City of Glendale’s Community Housing
2021-2025 Capital Fund Program Five-Year Action Plan, hereafter, “Capital Fund Program Five Year
Action Plan”, and authorizes the submission of the Capital Fund Program Five Year Action Plan to the
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Capital Fund Program Five-Year Action Plan
is now on file in the office of the City Clerk and copies are available for review/inspection at the following
locations:

Community Housing Administration Office, 6842 North 61st Avenue, Glendale, Arizona

SECTION 2. That the City Manager or designee and the City Clerk be authorized and directed to
execute and submit the Capital Fund Program Five-Year Action Plan to the U.S Department of Housing
and Urban Development and execute all necessary documents if the action is consistent with the Capital
Fund Program Five Year-Action Plan on behalf of the City.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Glendale,
Maricopa County, Arizona, this 13th day of April, 2021.
