RESOLUTION NO. R21-26      
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AMENDING 
THE GENERAL PLAN MAP OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, 
ARIZONA, BY APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT 
GPA20-06 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST 
CORNER OF 69TH AVENUE AND PARADISE LANE. 
 
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: 
 
SECTION 1.  The General Plan Map of the City of Glendale, Arizona, is amended by 
approving General Plan Amendment GPA20-06, amending the General Plan Land Use Map 
from MDR 5 (Medium Density Residential) to HDR 20 (High Density Residential) for the 
property located at the northeast corner of 69th Avenue and Paradise Lane.  
 
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of 
Glendale, Maricopa County, Arizona, this 13th day of April, 2021.
